• Superhuman strength and valor - protagonist is the ideal hero that has physical street and determination to face danger
• Legendary hero - hero being gods / goddess protected by heavenly creature, always successful in facing danger
• Involvement of the supernatural - epic is affected by interventions such as gods / demons
• Omniscient narration - the narrator knows everything that will happen in the story
