Procedure

• Sampling method was an opportunity sample
• • PET scan used to study brain activity
• Injected with FDG tracer prior to scan to be taken up by active regions, waited 32 minutes to then do the PET scan
• CPT task to activate targetted brain regions
• 1. Practice CPT
  2. 30 seconds before FDG, started CPT task
  3. 32 minutes after, PET scan was done producing 10 slices of brain
