Component 2 - Cognitive restructing
Therapist and cilent collaboratively identify and aim to change negative thought patterns

Identify cognitive distortions such as: fortune telling, black & white thinking, jump to conclusions
Challenge distortions
Component 3 - Pleasant activity scheduling
Cilent plans a pleasant activity (e.g - gym, revision, walk, etc)
Sense of accomplishment
